Char-Wills GSR and Doberman Pinscher Rescue of PA have our lottery calendars and are ready for sale!

 

We can email you a copy of the ticket with no charge for mailing.  If you would like the physical copy please include just $1.00 and we will send as many as you want.

If mailing in for purchase, please include all information purchasing for yourself (name, address, phone, email). If you're not buying for yourself, make sure the stub at the bottom is completed and sent to the above PO Box along with the $20.00 donation respectively.

 

Please note: We will NOT be accepting PayPal or digital payments for the calendars.
